Art Déco Table Lamp | AD 34

1934

The AD 34 is based on an anonymous French table lamp dating from 1934. Its precise geometry and dynamic silhouette embody the progressive spirit of the Art Deco era. The interplay of cylindrical and conical forms gives the lamp an almost futuristic character, anticipating elements of the Streamline Moderne style that emerged later in the 1930s.

TECNOLUMEN has carefully reinterpreted the historical model for contemporary use. Its distinctive form has been preserved, while the surfaces and technical functions have been refined. The result is not simply a reproduction, but a respectful continuation of the original design idea: clear in form, precise in construction and enduring in character.

The reflector can be rotated and the linkage adjusted, allowing the direction of the light to be adapted as required. Two clear filament candle bulbs remain visible and become part of the composition, emphasising the lamp’s architectural construction.

Whether placed on a desk, sideboard or console, the AD 34 provides functional light while retaining a strong sculptural presence. Even when switched off, it remains an expressive object within the room.

Brushed aluminium meets chrome-plated metal, creating a finely balanced contrast between soft, matte surfaces and precise reflections. The carefully crafted details reveal the quality of the construction and lend the lamp its characteristic elegance.

Each AD 34 is consecutively numbered and bears the TECNOLUMEN signet as a mark of authenticity.
